CONFLICT OF INTEREST

PAYOUT REQUIREMENTS

COMPANY'S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable within Kahnawà:ke Mohawk Territory. Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions must be brought exclusively within that jurisdiction.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, designs, images, content, and other materials displayed on our website or within our facilities are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

NON-ASSIGNATION

By participating in our events or using our facilities, you expressly consent to and agree to be bound by all of the above provisions.
